The Trough is a modern day fish. Loosely based off an old school keel fish with pulled in tail rails. The goal with this fish is top to bottom surfing. The channel begins at the wide point of the board making paddling and entry effortless. The channel or “trough” will give you the opportunity for increased speed and maneuverability to get those aggressive turns we all love. The wide point being forward really increases drive down the line and keeps a ton of volume under the front foot. Rocker is mostly flat for speed with slight entry and exit rocker at the nose and tail. The harder rails in the tail give you the grip you want when laying a hard turn in the pocket. We really wanted to have fun with the Trough – we know you will love it as much as we do!
