The Hermit is probably the primary go-to board in the TCSS range if you wanted to surf every day and only had one board to surf on.
We have set the volume to moderate to help get into the waves early and set up for long runs.
The generous outline and smooth curves mean this board is designed to have excellent balance between drawing long smooth lines in cruise mode and pulling a great turn on the open face when the opportunity presents. Without doubt, the Hermit will be one of your favourite boards.

Polyester - PU Polyester or PU construction uses traditional materials and laminating techniques to produce a strong, reliable surfboard with high quality finishes. All polyester boards are CNC milled from the shapers files and laminated by hand using quality components such as Hexcel fiberglass, Silmar resin and Bennett foam. |

You can take it out on smaller days for that cruisy ride or take it out on bigger days where you can lay it on an edge and paint incredible lines from top to bottom. It’s flat entry rocker and slight exit rocker makes it a wave hog. We wanted to focus on the traditional egg shape and offer a more aggressive Mid Length. The modern single to double concave on the bottom of the board gives it more performance than you’d expect. An extremely reliable mid length that’s redefined to give you the speed and control you always wanted out of your middy. If the best surfer in the water is one having the most fun then you will definitely be the best surfer in the lineup with this board. If you can only bring one board to the beach, bring the ANY DAY.
We added the perfect amount of glassing to these boards without adding too much weight. The purpose of extra glassing is to help your board last for years to come. All impact areas received extra glassing including the rails, top deck and fin boxes.
Best for Intermediate to Advanced Surfers – Best in 2′ to Slightly Overhead surf
Fins for the ANY DAY: We suggest pairing the ANY DAY with our budget friendly composite fins OR any other 2+1 Set up. If you want your board to be “loose” or you have a more aggressive surfing style than the two side fins are not necessary. The two side fins offer additional stability, think of them as “training wheels” – Not necessary but helpful for intermediate surfers. If you feel like loosening the ANY DAY then try it with just the center fin!
