Shipping & Returns

Once you’ve placed your order, our goal is to get your order out the door within 1-3 business days (with the exception of orders placed on Saturdays).  

All of our products are shipped via FedEx.  Generally, domestic orders are received 1-4 days after receiving your tracking number.

We will issue you a tracking number once your package has been boxed and shipped. While you will receive the tracking number immediately, that does not mean you will be able to track your package immediately. You must wait until your package is scanned in by FedEx. 

Returns  

In Store Returns:

We offer Store Credit or Exchange ONLY on products returned within 14 days of purchase. 

Must have original tags and/or packaging.

For Online Returns:

We offer a full refund, minus shipping, ONLY on products returned within 30 days of purchase. You must contact us within 14 days of your purchase to alert us of the return via email at hello@gypsylifesurfshop.com.

Please allow approximately 1–2 weeks for processing. Additional processing delays may occur. You will receive an email notification when your return has been processed (be sure to check your spam folder).

Gypsy Life Surf Shop is not responsible for shipping fees or lost returns. Please obtain a tracking number for your records.
