Inspired by summertime in Santa Barbara. The first Wednesday in August was known as Fiesta, and it was started to celebrate the city's Spanish heritage. In true California fashion, they celebrated the only way they knew how, with Mexican food, Mariachi bands, and lots and lots of Modelo's and Margarita's!
