Quatrefoil is around 0.5" and can vary in size and coloring
How to measure your wrist- if you have a tape measure or string wrap it around your wrist for size. If using a string make note of where it ends and put against a ruler. If you measure tight to your wrist, I suggest adding 0.25" and that would be your bracelet size. You can also measure it looser where you think you would like the bracelet to fit :)
