Sun Bum's Hair Lightener is specifically formulated to brighten the hair by amplifying the natural highlighting effects of the sun. Infused with pineapples and honey, the special UV-activated blend creates natural subtle tones and beautiful highlights without brassiness. 

While able to use straight lemon and pineapple juice to lighten the hair, there is a little hydrogen peroxide added to give faster results.
